Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Subhchintak Global Services website and the consultancy services we provide. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide education consultancy: university admission counselling, test preparation, document preparation, visa assistance, scholarship and finance guidance, and pre-departure and post-arrival support. The scope of any engagement is set out in the service agreement you sign with us.

What we can and cannot promise

We are a consultancy, not a decision-maker. Admissions decisions rest with universities; visa decisions rest with immigration authorities. We will prepare your file to the highest standard we can and give you an honest assessment of your prospects — but:

• We cannot guarantee admission to any university.
• We cannot guarantee the grant of any visa.
• We cannot guarantee any scholarship, funding award or employment outcome.
• Success rates quoted on this site are historical and do not predict your result.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
• Tell us promptly if your circumstances change.
• Meet the deadlines we agree, including for documents and fee payments.
• Comply with the laws of your destination country, including its visa conditions.

Misrepresentation is fatal to an application. If you provide false or fraudulent information or documents, we will terminate the engagement immediately with no refund, and we may be obliged to inform the relevant institution or authority.

Fees and refunds

Our fees are set out in your service agreement before any work begins. Third-party costs — university application fees, visa fees, test registration, courier, translation and similar — are separate and payable by you.

Refunds follow the terms of your service agreement. Fees for work already performed, and third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, are not refundable. A refused visa or a rejected application does not by itself entitle you to a refund of consultancy fees, because the work was still performed.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics and logos — belongs to Subhchintak Global Consultancy and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission. Documents we prepare for you are for your own application use only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the consultancy fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunity, lost earnings, travel costs or accommodation costs arising from a refused application or visa.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites, and we may introduce you to third-party providers such as lenders, insurers or accommodation partners. We are not responsible for their content, terms or conduct. Your contract with any such provider is between you and them.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. On termination, fees for work completed to that date remain payable. We may terminate immediately in cases of misrepresentation, non-payment, or abusive conduct towards our staff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Himachal Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
